Initial Visit

While one of our objectives is to educate and inform, our initial visit will focus on getting to know more about you. In this session, we will discuss your health & fitness goals, including any challenges or concerns that you have. We will review all aspects of your lifestyle that may have an impact to your overall health. This also includes daily eating habits, as well as your social and medical history. This will allow us to gain a better understanding of your dietary issues, why they exist, and how to start defining a roadmap to resolving the underlying issues. Here, we will begin development of an individualized plan that includes setting short and long-term goals.

First Consultation ~ 60 -90 minutes

Sessions can be provided both in-person or virtually via a HIPPA compliant and secure Telehealth platform.

Follow-Up

Goal attainment and changing your lifestyle require continued evaluation of your progress, discussing obstacles you are struggling with, and working through each challenge. This is why follow-up visits are necessary and rewarding. During these visits, we’ll work together to address these challenges and help establish strategies to help break whatever barriers may be preventing you from building new habits to support your health goals. You will receive constant support from us as we provide recipe ideas, meal prep tips, constant encouragement, and resources to help you along the way.

Continual follow up ensures your success, sustainable results, and lifestyle change!

MEAL PLANS and More

Having a tough time getting started with consistent and healthy eating? Is your schedule hectic and making it challenging for you to do what’s helpful to meal prep like you want to? If you’re looking for some ideas and ways to create more exciting meals and prefer to have delicious plans to follow, this can be provided for you! All Well Rooted weekly meal plan options include detailed grocery lists, pictures, and recipes that are sent directly to you!  We also have customized meal plans if you have specific preferences or needs.

Although meal plans are a great option to jump-start your healthy eating journey, please note that they are not necessary or required to be successful in accomplishing your goals.. No worries if you deviate from the plan you receive with this service. The support and education provided will help you make mindful decisions no matter what circumstance you’re facing.

Weekly Recipes

This is a great option for individuals that don’t necessarily want a meal plan, but are bored with their current meal/snack options and looking for a new ideas.
